Intrax works with companies to help alleviate the labor intensive process of recruiting J-1 participants through two different services:
The Independent Placement Service is provided for participants and host companies who want to make their own arrangements for a summer job, internship or training placement. Independent Placement Program participants take independent responsibility for their program experience, securing their own work, internship or training placement directly with a host company. Intrax provides the sponsorship services of visa paperwork and program support while participants assume the leadership of their program experience.
The Premium Placement Service is provided as an upgraded service designed to make it easier for host companies to recruit participants and allows the participant the security of a pre-arranged and Intrax approved placement. The Intrax team works with both parties to ensure that participants are placed into jobs, internships or training opportunities where they will gain the full benefit of our programs, and to provide host companies with participants who meet their particular business needs.
