How It Works

- You inform us of the type of trainee you are seeking (i.e. skills, language, start date, nationality, etc.)
- Recruitment
- We recruit and screen the most qualified overseas candidates for you to interview.
- Application
- We provide the necessary documentation for the visa, social security and other administrative details like travel and medical insurance for the participant.
- Orientation
- We conduct a pre-departure orientation to prepare trainees for their experience and help acquaint them with American life and culture.
- Arrival and Check-In
- Participant checks-in with Intrax upon arrival to the U.S. and starts training at your company.
- Support
- We provide on-going support during the entire program.
