Participants 18-28 year old university students seeking to spend their summer break in the U.S. 18-28 year old university students or recent graduates seeking entry level experience in US companies 20+ year old international university graduates or young professionals, with previous work experience, seeking to make valuable contributions to organizations in the U.S.
