All trainees have a university degree or certificate and one year of professional experience in their career field or a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in their career field.

Independent Program
This service grants applicants the opportunity to independently select a host company in the United States for their training program. Ideal for those with personal or career contacts in the United States, the Independent program gives both partners and applicants the freedom to select the training opportunity that suits their individual needs.

- Training plan writing assistance for Department of State compliance
- Verification of training opportunity and host company
- DS 2019 form and shipping
- Orientation materials
- Medical insurance for duration of the program included in program fees
- Continuous participant support throughout the program
